Conditions:
- The product must be returned, even if opened and used
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund
- Limited to one use per customer

Return Shipping
- If the issue is due to our error (defective product, incorrect item received), return costs are covered by Olma
- For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
