5. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all Australian states and territories, including Tasmania.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Lost

We will assist with carrier investigations and offer a suitable resolution.

Damaged

Please contact us through the contact page on the website within 5 days of delivery.

We may request clear photos of the damaged product and packaging for review.

Olma is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
