- The product may be returned even if opened and used
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund
- Limited to one refund per customer
In case of defective or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by Olma.
Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval.
